Getting Buy-In from staff is essential. Schedule a day once a week, or once a month, where your staff know that pictures will be made. Each staff member can show how they work with customers and products and at the end they can make eye contact with the photographer.
Using a combination of existing and off camera lighting we'll make close ups of products and staff in real life and show your staff and the work environment in the backgrounds.
